Become a Home Tour Volunteer!

Home Tour can’t happen without the 100+ volunteers who come together to make sure that all the guests to our amazing neighborhood have a great time! There are three main volunteer roles: Docents, House Captains, and Ticket Sales. Every volunteer receives one FREE ticket for each shift worked AND an invitation and admission to our Wine Down party at Rosen House Inn on the 14th.

TOTALLY VOLUNTARY VOLUNTEER TRAINING:  Join us at ARTS 5TH AVENUE — WHERE THE ARTS ARE ALIVE! — on Tuesday, May 9th at 6:30p for a quick class on, “How to Docent”.  FUN & PRIZES! (Don’t worry if you can’t make it, we’ll provide instruction onsite, too.)

Docents/House Captains:

Please wear neat casual attire, or an event t-shirt (purchasable at SiNaCa Studio during our event) with non-denim shorts, pants or skirt.

Ticket Sales at SiNaCa:

Please dress casually, yet neatly (no emblem t-shirts or worn-out shorts, please) — remember it’s Mother’s Day Weekend. You’ll be on and off your feet a bit, so wear comfy shoes. And though there will be plenty of shade (and water), you may wish to bring an umbrella to share as you’ll likely spend some time Traffic Directing in SiNaCa’s parking lot.

This is an outdoor volunteer assignment, and Fairmount’s Tour happens rain or shine.
