• Determine if repair to irrigation system will occur or if use of the irrigation system will be discontinued

• Contact Megan with Arts Goggle to negotiate booth rental cost

• Needing articles/submissions for the next newsletter
• Possible Spanish language edition of newsletter

• Possible use of mass text platform for membership renewal notices
