October General Membership Meeting

All are welcome, renters and homeowners. You do not need to be a member to attend. However, all wishing to vote must have joined the association no later than 10 days prior to the meeting.
The best way to see/find the meeting is to navigate to facebook.com/historicfairmount and refresh your page at 7pm until the live stream appears.
Key Agenda Items:
– Voting on approval of the 2020-2021 budget.

– Superintendent Kent P. Scribner will join us to discuss the Voter-Approval Tax Rate Election.
– We will also hear a final presentation from the Hemphill Corridor Task Force President Richard Riccetti about the Re-Zoning effort that will go in front of the zoning commission next month. We will be having a neighborhood vote for sending a letter in support of those changes.
