Board Updates
- Announced Amber James’ resignation from the President position
- FNA Board filled president position with Andrew Epps
New code compliance officer
- Jason Inocencio 817-271-9253
- For residential compliance (not multi-family/commercial)
- From Dec 23- Jan 23 there were 43 violations, 22 of which were property maintenance issues
Update that we will be getting a new NPO
Constable Pete Munoz
- 1 of 8 precincts in Fort Worth
- Explained role of constables
- Same authority as a peace officer- write tickets and arrest
- Serve warrants and civil papers such as evictions, subpoenas, and temporary restraining orders
- Support local law enforcement

- Plot renewals are happening right now- any not renewed will be open to those on waiting list

Infrastructure- Austin Reed
- Received bid from Integra Lawn to maintain/install flags on light posts
- Sprinkler system in green space needs to be replaced, getting bids
Cowtown Marathon Cheer Station- Brenda Howell
- February 26th
- Need volunteers to come cheer on the runners (7:45 AM until around noon)
- There will be a DJ and Waffle House is sponsoring breakfast

Membership- Barbara Crotty
- 82 members have renewed for 2023
Upcoming Events
- Hoping to have more member socials- TBD
- Annual neighborhood garage sale- April 15th

- Meeting notifications
- Need to update meeting signs & website to reflect new location

- Request that more than one email reminder be sent out
- Arts Goggle will be October 21st this year

- Legislative session started last week
- Fundraising activities- golf tournament raised $40,000
- Contact if there is a need in the community for those funds
- Will be getting a new office building in June
