Directors’ Reports
Communication –Betty Spitzberg
- Receiving competitive printing bids for newsletters
- Expect to distribute the next newsletter over Thanksgiving weekend
- Please send potential advertisers to Betty
Membership: Carrie Carter
- We have 125 active member households, and another 49 inactives who’ve rolled off the roster since January 1, 2016.
- We have about 20 new households about to get Welcome Goody Bags
Promotions – Alex Thieroff
- Julie Mathis will serve again as this year’s Home Tour Director. 2 homes are locked in, and 5 more will be viewed in the upcoming weeks
- Need a new location for Wine Down
- Next social is November 18 at 6:30p at the Robinsons at 1900 5th Ave
Finance – Melanie Dotzour
- All Home Tour receivables have been paid
- For security and accuracy purposes, Sara Karashin will assist us with Eventbrite for upcoming Festivus. We may also consider it for Home Tour
Pat Bradley for Historic Preservation – Roxanna Latifi:
- Roxanna will have a number of committee candidates to present at our next board meeting
Infrastructure – David Thrapp
- Will be meeting with Ann Zedah to discuss parking at the Firehouse Park addition by 7-11
- General meetings will likely move to Preservation Hall on Mondays beginning in January. All storage items will be moved to the Hall, as well.
