OPEN DISCUSSION

Q: I want to make my garage bigger. What property line concerns should I have if my home is historically contributing?

A: If you’re original mapping shows the garage or out building to the end of the property line, any enhancements can also go out that far. Otherwise refer to historic guidelines for additional details. (New builds have a little more wiggle room.)

Adjourned: 8:03 p.m.
