Preston Patry – Infrastructure

  • Flag drive was a success and are starting to bring them down
  • Volunteers will begin taking the rest down this week
  • Can preorder flags for the next year to guarantee they are up as soon as we start the push next year

Frances – Communications

  • The booklet is still up from the home tour for everyone to take a look at

Brian Holland – Promotions

  • Not a year for promotions

Michael McDermott – Preservations

  • Fairmount and Arlington house that is being painted over the brick
    • Large community outrage over this
    • Indicated to the city that they are going to remove the paint
    • Remember that they rules of the historic district only affect the outside of the house and are in place to maintain the value of our neighborhood
  • Have additional plaques available for sale

David – President

  • Virtual voting for the new board members will occur next meeting and need people to be online at 7 or as close to 7pm as possible to meet with the rules of voting
  • Email will go out with information on how to vote next meeting 
  • Need to make sure you are a member 10 days before the voting
