Membership Renewal Update

• Set up membership table at the Cowtown Marathon cheer station
• Look into sending another text for membership renewal
• Looking for more ideas on how to get notified when new residents move into the neighborhood

Storage Unit

• Downsizing to smaller unit
• About half of the tables have been taken to Pres Hall. They do not want the chairs or pedestals (put up on Facebook page)

Amber- Neighborhood Engagement

• Amber volunteered to design new Fairmount t-shirts and decals- possibly put in new resident packets

Promotions & Communications

• Rachel has extended the ad deadline for the newsletter and reached out directly for ads
• Will need volunteers to help distribute newsletter
• Amber will create an event calendar for the newsletter
• Possible April meeting speaker- composting program

Home Tour

• Haven’t had any interest from potential new committee members
• Waiting on final list of homes that will be participating

Garage Sale

• Late March or early April- TBD

Garden

• Check by-laws to see if two people on their board can sign off on checks instead of FNA president
