February 10, 2020 FNA Board Meeting Minutes

Start: 7:10pm

Membership:

• Joining at the meeting was successful
• Need a membership drive
• bring plaques to the meetings to sell and have a visual

Finance:

• Names of the people from home tour

Historic Preservation:

• mess

Home Tour:

• shortening the hours for even shifts
• Wine down is on Sunday after home tour.
• Increase in ticket sales by $5
• Printing on demand shirts to cut down on inventory
• Options for others processors?

South Side Preservation Hall

• 5 homes will be on the tour, but there are some alternates.
• Coordinating the flags and look to see which ones need to be replaced

Infrastructure:

• doing a special bulk pickup with the city the week before home tour
• Cowtown marathon cleanup along the route
• Spray paint all the pot holes.

Schedules:

• June social (Michael’s house)
• April social (Free play)
• Late fall for Kim (depending on the state)
