Festivus is coming to Fairmount Dec. 12
Ticket and t-shirt sales are now available online for Fairmount’s annual Festivus event on Dec. 12. The festivities will begin at Kent & Co.’s The Space at 1309 S. Adams and will include visits with Santa, a holiday light tour of the neighborhood and a trip to Santa’s Village complete
Fairmount Halloween decorating contest underway
The Fairmount National Historic District always goes all out for Halloween. This year we have selected 13 houses to display in our Facebook album taking into consideration the complexity of design as well as the theme. We will also select our neighborhood Yard of the Month from the houses pictured.
About our neighborhood
Located in the heart of Fort Worth, Texas lies the largest historic neighborhood in the southwestern United States. Fairmount, with more than one thousand contributing structures, is comprised of mostly bungalow and four square homes from the late 1800s through the early 1920s.
