Board Updates:
Administration, Leah Suasnovar:
• Discussion with Board regarding 7/23/18 membership meeting and bylaw review, as well as
improper voting procedures. Is determined that voting items from previous membership
meeting will need to be re-presented and re-voted on at earliest opportunity at a General
Meeting, due to improper parliamentary procedure being followed. We shall vote by section on
bylaw updates, and be sure to list ALL voting items on agenda prior to voting again. An ad hoc
committee will be formed to review and recommend updates to the bylaws at a later date.
There is a motion to leave Article XII as is in current by laws which is seconded and approved.
• Reminded Board of Parliamentarian procedure class coming up at the Fort Worth’s Women’s
club led by Libby Willis on 9/5-9/6, 2018. Registration forms also provided.
• Requested update on lockbox being purchased for storage unit. Sean will purchase one for

into storage unit. Item will need to be added to inventory upon purchase. An inventory
procedure needs to be written as well.
