• Motion to approve: Lori added as the last board member

Budget:

• Promotions
  • Increase the booklet budget to $3000
  • Increase advertising from $600 to $1000
  • Increase NUSA to $500 for travel expenses
• Communications
  • Increase the budget back to $7500 for 2 printings
• Finance
  • Increase the storage budget
• Infrastructure
  • $250 additional to add a light on the pole in the green space
• Membership
  • Increase hall rental for the monthly meetings to $TBD

• Next board meeting is a joint meeting between the incoming board and the outgoing board in order to explain the board decisions in regard to the budget suggestions.
