Membership – Barbara Crotty
- Onboarding to the board
- Google Docs/Drive
- Collateral associated with the Welcome Packet
- Ideas on how to get welcome packets out without relying on the membership to the Facebook Group
- 2 new members need to be added to the list
Promotions – Lori
- Festivus was submitted to Neighborhoods USA and it was selected as a finalist
- Neighborhoodyard sale is being held next weekend so there may not be a need for a FNA sponsored event
Home Tour – Kristen McCurdy
- Preston is on board with being the point person to bring volunteers for event setup
- Need 132 volunteers total to make the event work
- 17 homes total; 5 pods of homes
- Not all would be full tours, but they will have porch stories
- All tour homes will be presented from the outside to maintain social distancing
- Set up and tear down volunteers and most are needed for the weekend of
- SiNaCa is our ticket sales partner
- June 19 and 20

- Preparing for the digital newsletter and the Home Tour booklets

- Need updated advertising sales pricing

- Meeting format
- They have run long due to the election
- Teresa Ayala is the only person who has requested to join the next neighborhood meeting
- New VP of Tarrant Area Food Bank has asked to come talk as well
- Future of Meetings
- Tarrant county went down to a moderate threat
- Small committees can meet in person if they feel safe
- Propose an in-person meeting at Southside Preservation Hall outside in May
- Continue to have online and in-person hybrid to encourage increased participation
- Vaccination Drive?
- The zip codes associated with our neighborhood are the lower percentages in the county
- Partnering with Community Crossroads to do a vaccination drive for the community
- April 19th District 9 forum for FWISD candidates is taking place online
