• Digital version on a weekly basis
• And a couple larger scale digital flip books

Meetings

• Try to get questions submitted ahead of the meetings so that they can be addressed on calls
• Get more involvement from membership

Hemphill Rezoning

• City pushed the vote for 90 days in December
• Hemphill task force is encouraging people to provide the community with accurate information and get feedback to the proposals
• Misinformation campaign
• Hosting an online forum to address the concerns

Home Tour

• Going to proceed as if we are going to have it as normal
• Plan and budget for the necessary precautions
• Keep all the options open to alter the format or date if needed
