Roofing standards and guidelines survey
Dear FAIRMOUNT RESIDENTS -
Over the past several years the Historic Preservation Committee in conjunction with the City of Fort Worth Preservation and Design Staff have been working diligently on creating new design review guidelines for the Fairmount Local historic District. It is our intent that the new Standards are clear in conveying the best methods and practices for preserving your historic structure while at the same time providing transparency. We’ve added educational information and illustrations to help depict and provide a basis for the Standards.
Over the next few weeks we ask that you take the time to read the Standards and provide feedback to City Staff. The Standards will be released in chapters. We are excited to release the first chapter of the new standards: Standards and Guidelines for Roofing. Feedback can be provided two ways.
