General Meeting Minutes - 08/28/2012

Call to Order: 7:00

 

1.         Welcome.

2.         Neighborhood Patrol Officer Report.

Officer Russell reported that crime was down from last month.  The crime that did happen this month was mostly home robberies where the perpetrators kicked down the back door. Officer Russell described the new FWPD plans for traffic management around Daggett Elementary. 

 

3.         Announcements.

Stacy Luecker made a request for the purchase of a computer and software for use by the next Director of Communications.  As the current Director of Communications, Stacy has been using her own computer and software.  Fred Harper madea motion for $1000 for communications hardware and software, motion seconded by Susan Harper, and the membership voted to approve the motion. 

 

4.         Board Member Election.

Janet White– Director of Safety

5 .         Presentation

Presentation and discussion by Eric Fladager and Joe Komisarz regarding the City of Fort Worth Draft 2013 Comprehensive Plan and Future Bond Program.
